The Cross Country Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday, December 3rd at 6:00 PM to around 8:00 PM in the Evans High School Media Center. It is an awards banquet so dress appropriately. We will be low key with the food this year...simple finger food appetizers.
Everyone will be recognized so I hope to see everyone there!

Congratulations go out to all cross country athletes who gave everything of themselves this past season. Looking at where we started and where we finished proves that the hard work pays off. Best of luck to all the seniors for finishing their high school cross country careers on a high note!

Phase 3 - Peak Phase Training
The final phase! Lasts anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, and is the most fun. Speed is the rule here, the number of interval repetitions will decrease as will overall distance for the week. The split times needed to hit will also be faster and recovery period will be...

This week is what you have trained for...all those long, hard, intense workouts come down to this one race. If you have followed Coach Chizmar's and my guidance, you are as ready as you will ever be.
